We couldn’t exactly create the ultimate burrito bowl seasoning and not give you a burrito bowl recipe, could we?! This one not only tastes great but is packed with colorful veg and protein.

Macros Per Serving: 520 Calories, 28g Protein, 41g Carbs, 27g Fat.
1tbsp Olive Oil
1 small Red Onion, finely chopped (100g)
500g Turkey Mince
2tbsp Bronte Blends Burrito Bowl Seasoning
1/2 tin Diced Tomatoes (200g)
250g Cooked Brown Rice (we use one of the microwavable pouches)
2 Cups Chopped Red Cabbage
1 Cup Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup Sweet Corn
1 Cup chopped Cucumber
1 medium Avocado, diced
Optional Garnish: Lime and fresh coriander
- Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the turkey mince and half of the chopped onion, stirring until the meat has browned.
- Add 2tbsp of Bronte Blends Burrito Bowl Seasoning to the pan, along with half a cup of water and the diced tomatoes. Mix through and cook for another 5 minutes or until the meat has cooked through.
- Now it’s time to build your bowl! Create a base layer with the cabbage and brown rice. Next, add a layer of the cooked mince.
- Top your burrito bowl with the cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, cucumber and avocado. Garnish with fresh lime and coriander if using and enjoy!
